I’m an ICF-credentialed coach and organizational change consultant who helps individuals and organizations navigate the messy, meaningful work of transformation. Whether something dear to you—or your organization—is ending, you’re overwhelmed by the in-between, or you’re stepping into something new, you don’t have to go it alone.

As your thought partner and champion, I’ll meet you (or your team) with clarity, compassion, and practical tools. Together, we’ll explore your strengths (aka: your special magic) and co-create strategies—rooted in research and designed for you or your organization—that move you from “almost ready” to fully aligned. I believe that you—whether you’re leading a life or leading a team—are exactly who the world needs right now. And by the end of our work together, you’ll believe it too.

Professional Background

I bring over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, where I’ve worked across diverse functions—from Commercial Lending to IT—and always found my way to the people side of change. Today, I lead organizational change management for a tech division of 4,000+ employees, helping teams navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.

This experience makes me uniquely equipped to support both individuals facing personal change and organizations managing complex, people-centered transitions. Whether you’re navigating a life pivot or a cross-functional restructure, I bring evidence-based tools, insight, and empathy to help people move through change in real, sustainable ways.

A Few More Things You Should Know…

As a neurodivergent human (ADHD), I understand that one-size-fits-all never really fits anyone—whether you’re a person or a system. What works one day might flop the next. That’s why I bring a flexible, client-centered approach that draws from multiple evidence-based models, tools, and techniques—so we can experiment and find what works for you or your organization (not just in theory, but in the real world).

I hold coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), with additional certifications in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Transition Coaching. I’m committed to continuous learning—because good coaches and consultants are always growing, too.

When I’m Not Working…

You’ll likely find me with a cup of tea and a tangle of yarn in hand. My signature strengths are humor, spirituality, and perspective—which means I’m most alive when I’m laughing, reflecting on life’s mysteries, and reminding myself (and others) that exactly as we are is exactly right—whether you’re a person in transition or an organization in motion.
