From Life's Twists to Limitless Skies

I am an ICF credentialed coach specializing in guiding people through transitions. Whether something dear to you is ending, you’re overwhelmed by the messy middle, or emerging into a new beginning, I am here to be your thought-partner and champion. We’ll explore your strengths (aka: your special magic) and apply them in new ways, using evidence-based strategies (yay, science!) to co-create a practical plan of action to navigate what you’re facing. I believe that you, exactly as you are, are exactly who the world needs right now, and by the end of working together, you will believe that too!

A little more about me….

For over 15 years, I have worked in the financial services industry. I’ve held several positions and whether I’m working in Commercial Lending or IT, my role always evolves to focus on helping people navigate through change. Currently, I lead the people side of change management for an IT division of over 4,000 people. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to help you through the changes in your life: I can help you identify where you are in your change journey, help you think through what your next actions might be, and support you as you take those actions. Having helped thousands of people change, I deeply understand that change is hard and will bring to your change the tools and strategies that help large organizations change.

And a little bit more…

As a neurodivergent person (ADHD), I am keenly aware that the tools and strategies that work for some won’t work for others. Even more, the tools and techniques that worked for you one day may not work the next. Because of this, I bring to coaching multiple evidence-based tools, models, and strategies for you to experiment with. To ensure that I’m bringing the best of coaching to the people I work with, I regularly engage in professional development and currently hold credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) as well as certifications in Executive and Team coaching, Emotional Intelligence and, most recently, Transition Coaching.

On a personal note…

When I’m not coaching or thinking about coaching or reading about coaching, you’ll find me with knitting needles or a crochet hook in hand.  My signature strengths are humor, spirituality, and perspective, so I’m at my best when I’m laughing, contemplating the mysteries of the universe, and reminding myself and others that we, exactly we as we are, are exactly who the world needs now.
