Hey, Change Maker!

You champion everyone else’s change. Let me champion you.

You know what’s more challenging than being a Senior Leader deciding an organization needs to change? Being you—the person tapped to make that change happen.

You might be standing up a change that’s just getting started, running one that’s already in motion, or a seasoned practitioner who’s hit a wall. Wherever you’re at, you need a partner who can build the plan, knows where to start looking if the plan stalls, and rolls up their sleeves to get it done.

That’s exactly what I’m here for.

You’re ready to move. How can I help?

Most people who find their way here are change practitioners looking for support, wherever they are in the work, or organizations that need an experienced partner to lead it. Either way, you’re in the right place.
Here’s how we move…

Organizational Change Management Delivery

“We have a change initiative the needs to move and we need someone who can help us make that happen.”

Whether your organization needs an experienced change lead to run point on a complex initiative or someone to work alongside your team and make sure the change lands this is where I come in. Hands-on, practical OCM delivery grounded in what actually works, using my OCM-in-10 process or your methodology.

Change Coaching

“I’m carrying too much, overthinking everything, and I don’t know what the next right step is. I’m supporting everyone else through change, who can support me?”

When change work becomes overwhelming, it feels like you are failing to bring your best. Coaching reconnects you to your strengths and gives room to explore who you are being so that stalled change doesn’t stall you.

Even with the right plan and the right people, a change can stall. When it does, this is what I reach for.

MOVE

A method for finding what’s stuck—in you or in your team.

MOVE begins with a question…

Is this you, or is this them?

When we work together, whatever your challenge, we examine the change through three lenses to help you make the next right move.

Change initiatives can get stuck in a million different ways. As a change practitioner, you already have an assortment of tools and frameworks to address the change itself. When your tools aren’t working, you need a new way of seeing that looks at change through “being” rather than “doing”, whether what’s stuck is in you or the people you’re trying to move. The next right move can usually be found through these lenses.

Strengths

What’s already there and overlooked, in you or in the people you’re trying to move.

Systems

How organizations actually operate: the invisible dynamics, the unspoken politics, the forces nobody names.

Science of Change

What the body, brain, and nervous system are signaling, in you or in your team, about whether change can actually move.

How I think about this work

Change needs doing and being. I hold both.

Most OCM consultants offer you a process. Most coaches offer you self-reflection. Real change work needs both at once: a plan that runs (doing), and an honest read on what’s stopping it when the plan alone isn’t enough.

That’s what I mean by “the people’s side of change”, not managing people through a change that’s happening to them, but helping them claim it as theirs. A plan can be airtight and a change can still stall if the people living through it never actually own it.

That’s the thinking behind everything I build, whether it’s a delivery engagement, a coaching relationship, or a framework like MOVE. One question sits underneath all of it: how does this add real value—for the organization and for the people actually doing the work.

So here I am. To champion the people’s side of your change and when you need it, to roll up my sleeves and do the work alongside you.

If this is how you think about change too, I write about it every couple of weeks.

Wherever you are in the change, I’d love to hear about it.
