Hey, Change Maker!

You’re supporting everyone. Who’s supporting you?

You know what’s more challenging than being a Senior Leader deciding an organization needs to change? Being you—the person tapped to make that change happen.

You know your craft. You love change work. But this time, something’s different—something’s stuck. Sponsors won’t engage, stakeholders are resistant, and you’re starting to wonder if you’ve lost your touch. You haven’t. You need a partner to help you see what’s stuck. And once you see what’s actually in the way, everything moves.

You’re stuck. What will you need to move?

Most people who find their way here are good at change but have hit a wall where going it alone isn’t working.
Pick the scenario most true for you.

Coaching

“I‘m struggling to move this change forward – and I’m starting to think I’ve lost my mojo.

When change work becomes overwhelming, it feels like you are failing to bring your best. Coaching reconnects you to your strengths and gives room to explore who you are being so that stalled change doesn’t stall you.

Training

“I’ve never led a change before and people are expecting me to get this thing moving. Help!

With all of the tools, templates, and change frameworks out there, it’s hard to find the place to start. Whether you’re new or looking to refine your skills, there’s an option for you–or we can co-create one.

Facilitation

“I can’t get the change team aligned – the conversations keep going nowhere.”

When someone else holds the room, you can focus on bringing partners together to design change strategies that work. Skilled facilitation creates the conditions for real alignment and decisions that people follow through on.

Mentoring

I’m ready to take my change management skills to the next level.”

When you’re one of a small number of change practitioners in your organization, professional development can feel nonexistent. Mentorship allows you to grow your skills and authority outside of your organizational echo chamber.

MOVE

A change practitioner-focused method for getting unstuck

One word. One question.

What will it take to move?

Learn more about MOVE

When we work together, whatever your challenge, we examine the change through three lenses to help you make the next right move.

Change initiatives can get stuck in a million different ways. As a change practitioner, you already have an assortment of tools and frameworks to address the change itself. When your tools aren’t working, you need a new way of seeing that looks at change through “being” rather than “doing”. The next right move can usually be found through these lenses….

Strengths

What you have, what you bring and what you don’t see in yourself that others already appreciate.

Systems

How organizations actually operate – the invisible dynamics, the unspoken politics, the forces nobody names.

Science of Change

What’s happening in the brain and body inside of the change and how that impacts you and your change team.

About Sarah

I’ve been in the middle of it too. That’s why you matter to me.

I’ve spent years leading the people-side of change inside large, complex organizations where transformation is messy, political, and deeply human. I know what it feels like to push a boulder up a hill and wonder why the hill keeps getting steeper. Often, I was the only person looking at the whole change picture, thinking ten steps ahead to be sure that what we were working on today would get us where we needed to be tomorrow. It was lonely and if the change stalled, I wondered if it was me that was failing.

What I needed was a champion – someone who deeply understood what it means to lead and deliver change and who could reconnect me with the strength, resilience, and creative thinking it takes to move an organization.

So here I am. To be that champion for you. I am passionate about change management work–and even more passionate about the people who do change management work. My work sits at the intersection of strengths, systems, and the science of change because that is where the best change work happens. And where the best change practitioners get the least support.

You support everyone. I am here to support you.
