We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with the site:
When you fill out a form (such as a contact form or free resource signup), we collect the information you provide—typically your name and email address.
When you download a free resource, your email address is collected through our email service provider so we can deliver the resource and, if you choose, send you occasional related content.
When you book a consultation or coaching call, scheduling is handled through Google Calendar. Any information you provide during booking (such as your name, email, and the details you share about your goals, is subject to Google’s own privacy practices in addition to ours.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect some technical information—such as pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you found the site—through Google Analytics.
We do not collect payment or financial information directly on this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use information we collect to:
- Deliver the specific resource, response, or service you requested
- Send you email content you’ve opted into (such as our newsletter or updates related to a resource you downloaded)
- Understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
- Communicate with you about coaching, mentoring, or consulting engagement you’ve expressed interest in

Third-Part Services We Use
Because this site relies on a small set of outside tools to function, some of your information is processed by those tools directly. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
